My favorite part about this property is that the garage is converted into a 1.5 story loft that is STR on Airbnb and brings in $1500-$2000/month. This Airbnb + renting extra room allows me to live for free. Expected cashflow of $1500-$2000 after I move out and put: 3/2 main house MTR and 1/1 STR
